We ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are based on origin, destination, size and weight of parcel based incrementally on a minimum of 500 grams or more.

Base parcel rate for shipping any item within in Canada – even a small lip balm or single bar of soap will cost a minimum of $7.00.

When your items will be shipped, think about the base shipping price. In order to improve unit value, it’s cost effective to order a few items to decrease the unit cost of shipping.

Cost per package based on 500 grams:

Canada $7.00 – $11.00 (varies depending on region)
US $6.00
International $7.00

Any package exceeding 500 grams in weight will require additional shipping fees.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days and up to 30 days maximum for your order to be shipped.

Tax: Presently, there are no taxes charged on any products. Applicable taxes on Canada Post shipping still apply.

Returns: Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are no exchanges or returns. This is part of our quality control program.

Damage: If your order is obviously damaged during shipping do not accept delivery. If you have accepted delivery or it was left, please notify us immediately. Please retain all boxes, containers and packing materials for inspection. All orders are shipped fully insured.
