The 'Flow' DVD

This is an ideal DVD for beginner or intermediate students who would like to develop a home practice to compliment their regular routine. Experienced students as well as those new to the mat will benefit from Alexandra’s gentle instruction, soothing music and tranquil setting. The menu allows the participant do the complete one hour 'Flow' or breaks down the class into five chapters for a shorter time sequence option.
